Eric, the founder of Vigilant Path,  

brings a multifaceted leadership, coaching, and athletic excellence background to Vigilant Path. With a robust career spanning various industries, he leverages his business development, account management, and coaching expertise to drive client success. As a USATF Level 1 Coach, Level Three NFHS Coach, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Eric combines technical proficiency with a passion for mentorship.

Eric's professional journey includes significant sales, account management, and quality assurance achievements. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and implementing strategic initiatives across various sectors. His experience also encompasses managing teams, optimizing business processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In addition to his business acumen, Eric has a distinguished athletic background. He is a three-time Division I NCAA All-American, five-time Conference USA Champion, and former world record holder in the Highland Games. Recently, he coached a high school athlete to victory in the elite division of the discus throw at the 2024 Adidas Outdoor National Championship, showcasing his ability to inspire and develop top-tier talent.

Eric's academic credentials include an MBA from Murray State University, an MA in Theological Studies from Liberty University, and an MLS in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University. He also holds a BS in Exercise and Sports Science from East Carolina University and a Life Coaching Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Ray brings over 12 years of robust experience in operations, business development, and project management to Vigilant Path. His background features transformative roles, including pioneering new business initiatives at Lowe's Innovation Labs, enhancing process efficiencies and branding for significant firms like GE, Microsoft, and GSK, and advising startups on sustainability and operational improvements. At Sunbelt Rentals, Ray's leadership in managing substantial projects has deepened his network, sharpened his industry insights, and broadened his understanding of market needs across all organizational tiers, from frontline workers to executive leaders in the C-Suite.

Mike brings a rich commercial real estate management and development background, a history of customer service excellence, and a previous law enforcement tenure to Vigilant Path. As Vice President at Plaza Associates Inc., he has demonstrated remarkable leadership over nearly a decade, skillfully managing various types of commercial real estate, development projects, and a portfolio of restaurants. His previous law enforcement tenure highlights his adeptness in critical security roles. With an MBA and a Master's in Arts from North Carolina State University, Mike's academic achievements underpin his practical success, showcasing his commitment to continuous improvement and leadership development. At Vigilant Path, Mike applies his diverse skills to drive operational efficiency, enhance team dynamics, and ensure client projects achieve strategic objectives with utmost safety and effectiveness.
