Our mission is simple: Equip you with the knowledge, tools, and mindset to take control of your life and become the strongest version of yourself.
Eric Frasure, founder of Vigilant Path, is forged through resilience, discipline, and relentless self-improvement. He overcame early life traumas and became a two-time teenage state powerlifting champion and high school state champion shot putter. At East Carolina University, he secured five conference titles and earned three NCAA All-American honors in track and field. His athletic excellence extended to the Highland Games, where he set multiple world records and claimed the 2009 World Hammer Championship.
Beyond athletics, Eric served as a state law enforcement agent, working alongside federal agencies to investigate complex cases. His commitment to service continued through volunteering in prison ministry, where he witnessed firsthand the power of second chances and rehabilitation.
Eric’s pursuit of knowledge matches his drive for excellence. He holds three master’s degrees—Business Administration, Theological Studies, and Organizational Leadership—and is pursuing a fourth in Clinical Mental Health. His expertise extends into life coaching, trauma recovery, and resilience training, reinforced by Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training. He is also trained in law enforcement, firefighting, and emergency medical services, making him uniquely equipped to guide individuals facing high-stakes challenges. In 2022, he was inducted into the ECU Hall of Fame, cementing his legacy as both an elite competitor and mentor.
But Eric’s greatest victories came not in sports or professional accolades but in overcoming betrayal, divorce, medical malpractice, and life-threatening events. His hard-earned wisdom fuels his mission: to help others reclaim their strength and purpose. Using data-driven tools and evidence-based strategies, he empowers clients through behavioral science, nutritional optimization, coaching techniques, and personalized mentorship.
Since his Hall of Fame induction, Eric has dedicated himself to helping individuals develop self-awareness, resilience, and mental clarity—one conversation at a time.
